who this is for...
For the woman who shows up and does it all, but has lost part of herself along the way.
Feminine Rehabilitation™ is a healing sanctuary devoted to restoring the woman underneath all of the responsibilities. It is for the woman who is high-performing, but feels like she isn't functioning well in her femininity.
can you relate?
On the surface, she moves well and gets things done... but deep down she knows she's living beneath her capacity. She handles it all, but when the doors close, she feels depleted. She wants softness. Meekness. Safety. She feels like something is missing, but not necessarily from the past. Maybe its something she needs to come into instead...There are things to let go of, but she just isn't quite sure how to surrender it all.
If you saw yourself in this, I made this for you...
You don't need to become something
new.
you just need a little tender loving care.
I don't believe most women need to be completely reinvented. We just need to come home. We can often find ourselves trying to manufacture a whole new version of ourselves, and the more we do this, the more we accidentally neglect the parts of our souls that need watering. Sometimes there are parts of you that have simply been depleted, neglected, or wounded. Those things desperately need our attention and the ministry of the Holy Spirit, not to be disposed of and abandoned.
You need restoration.
When we take the reinvention approach to healing, we find ourselves in and out of different things and never see fruit that lasts. Chasing the "new" method is expensive in all ways. Rehabilitation is different. It looks for the root issues causing disruption and dysregulation in your life, and it restores who you are instead of trying to make parts of you disappear.
The foundation · John 15:4
"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me."
This verse offers us liberation from the need to reinvent ourselves. God designed us with perfect intention. What John 15:4 offers is an eternal solution instead of another “glow-up program.”
Jesus is teaching us about the hierarchy of creation. He is our Creator. The hard reality is we cannot bear fruit by creating our own solutions, or by trying to draw life from a different tree in the name of reinvention. We bear fruit by abiding in him, the nourishing Vine and the only life force that sustains all of creation.
When we come to this revelation, the pressure and false anxiety to do something different and become something new begins to fade away. We are able to better diagnose the root issues causing dysregulation in our lives. This is the wisdom behind rehabilitating who we have become.
What we restore
Return to the honey of femininity.
Honey is eternal. It has no expiration. It doesn't spoil, and for thousands of years it has been used to heal. Its sweetness is incomparable because it has been tended to with such order, care and patience. Producing honey can not be rushed, its a natural process. When God created us, he created us with perfect plans. We carry the spiritual DNA of Jesus but Somewhere beneath the pressure we sometimes begin to use our free will to manufacture a new reality that is different from what God intends. Sometimes all we need to do, is return home, to the feet of Jesus and the heart of our design.
Biblical Femininity

Reconnect
Return to the softness, nurture, and yield God desires for his daughters. Femininity is precious, it is meek and it does not seek to control. It sees through the eyes of the Lord, with wisdom and understanding that everything is not what it seems.
Physical Vitality

Strengthen
Breathe life back into a body that has carried so much. Heal. Relax. Find stillness. Remove the ache and tension and replace it with love and trust. This is about finding safety in your body again while also finding new outlets to release what youve carried.

the behind feminine rehabilitation
Oh, the valleys I have walked...
I made this because I was in a season of what I now understand to be my own feminine rehabilitation. To paint a clear picture for you, I was fighting for my life. Marriage changes you. Becoming a mom changes you. Faith changes you. Life on earth is wicked. I felt very much like Hagar in the wilderness, with no foresight of what was next. I felt like Sarai, frantic, desperately trying to make a way to regain some control of my life.
When life comes at you hard and fast, pressure rises, time slips away from you, and you find yourself stumped, asking, “How did I even get here?” Maybe you can relate to that feeling of not recognizing yourself, and sometimes it goes even deeper than that. There came a point where I just disappeared amidst serving everyone else. It wasn't a matter of not recognizing myself. That's step two. I didn't even notice myself.
I say this because I want you to understand my brokenness, even if my life looked like a dream life on the surface. Even if I was showing up, serving, doing all of the right things. No matter how much you think you know someone, you never know the war they are fighting and the weight they are privately carrying. Things are not always what they seem.
Despite this, one thing that never collapsed was my faith. I know what life was like without God, so I like to think that no matter what happens, I will never let my faith slip away ever again.
I will never exalt trauma over my desire to apprentice Jesus. Once I came to that bridge of healing, The Holy Spirit taught me about Feminine Rehabilitation.
